JT's Just Plain Saucy Recipes...

Barbara-Q Pizza

This recipe was created by one of our dear friends, who is also a huge fan
of JT's Barbecue Sauce. Barbara Sallee also uses JT's in all of her recipes
instead of ketchup. Barbara....thanks for sharing your great ideas!

Your favorite pizza crust (may use Boboli pre-made)
1 - 9 oz. pkg. Tyson cooked chicken breast strips (thawed)
Approx. 1/2 c. (or to taste) your favorite JT's Barbecue Sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (or get crazy and try feta cheese)
Any other favorite toppings: red/green pepper, mushrooms, olives,
purple/sweet onion, fresh cilantro, etc.

Spread JT's Barbecue Sauce over pizza crust. Add chicken strips and any
other desired toppings; top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for
approx. 18 minutes.

JT's Magnificent Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. oatmeal
1 grated carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. of your favorite JT's Barbecue Sauce

Set aside ground chuck. Mix together all other ingredients. Then add
mixture to ground chuck; stir with a fork (to keep meatloaf a light texture)
until well combined. Put into loaf pan; smooth top of meatloaf. You may
pour JT's Barbecue Sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour
or until done. Let meatloaf cool 15-20 minutes in pan to set, then remove
from pan.

M-M-M-Tater-Bar-B-Q

Baked potatoes....top with sauteed onions and mushrooms, diced tomatoes,
your favorite JT's Barbecue Sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Feel free
to use your imagination and add any other favorite toppings.

'Cue Cups
(Fun for parties)

Mini fillo dough shells (in grocers' freezer section)

Your favorite JT's Barbecue Sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Chopped onion, green pepper

In skillet brown ground beef or chicken; drain. Add onion or green pepper
if desired. Mix JT's Barbecue Sauce into the beef or chicken until well
coated. Spoon meat mixture into fillo dough shells; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 10 minutes or until cheese begins to
brown. Serve immediately.
Note: A small amount of beef or chicken makes quite a few 'Cue Cups.
