Q. Does SFI Merchant Services offer products for businesses outside the U.S?
At this time, we only offer products for the U.S. market. That said, we do have relationships with companies with a global reach and are currently working out financial transaction and other details to eventually provide products in other countries. The potential for merchant services in countries other than the U.S. is phenomenal...so stay tuned!

Q: What do I have to do to earn commissions for the Merchant Services financial services products?
We've made this very simple for our affiliates. Just complete and submit a Business Referral Form for the prospective business. Our partner, Bridge Business Solutions, Inc. will take the form and contact the business, explain the benefits, close the sale, provide training for the merchant, and install the product.

Q: How will I be paid for any commissions I generate through the SFI Merchant Services program?
Your commissions will be issued as a part of your SFI Affiliate Compensation. You can view a breakdown of your commissions on your My Commissions report.

Q: You mention in the Overview that SFI Merchant Services will be able to save the business money on their transaction fees. What are those rates? Can I quote them for the merchant?
The individual rate for each merchant will vary and depends on a variety of issues and details, so providing a set quote before analyzing the specific merchants needs and situation is not possible

IMPORTANT: The financial services market is a regulated industry with many set laws and regulations governing it. Therefore, only authorized financial services representatives are permitted by law to provide quote rates. BBS will provide a free quote and statement analysis to the business after a referral form is submitted, never before.

Q: Where can I find the Business Referral form?
You or your prospective business merchant can access the referral form at the Merchant Services Affiliate Area, HERE.

Either the merchant or you can enter the appropriate information on the form and submit in online—don't forget to provide the merchant with your SFI ID or include it on the online form, if filling it out yourself. If you'd like to print out copies, you can do so...though keep in mind that mailing in information will take longer to process and may reduce the likelihood of signing up the merchant.
