A: SFI's unique compensation plan that we call Team Network ("T-Net" for short). T-Net rewards SFI affiliates who help other affiliates in their group get started. In other words, when affiliates above you in the Powerline place new affiliates under you, they are actually helping themselves increase their income by helping

Q: How much can I earn on the affiliates that are being placed under me in the Powerline?
A: For every purchase and sale generated by affiliates who are under you in the Powerline, 45% of the total Commission Volume (excluding Retail Sales Commissions paid to sellers) is put into the Executive Bonus pool. Provided you are an Executive Affiliate, your share of this pool will be the total CV divided by the number of Executive Affiliates below you in the Powerline. The first month average is typically more than $9. As the Powerline under you grows and more and more retail sales are generated each month, this amount can increase.

Building a network also builds security into your business. Why? In most traditional businesses, what happens if you become ill or disabled and are unable to service your customers? Or perhaps you just want to take a vacation? Whatever the case, you could lose most, if not all, of your income overnight because it relies on your being there. That's not owning your own life, and that's certainly not financial freedom.

With SFI, however, you can create total financial freedom for yourself. With your own team of independent business people, you no longer have all your eggs in one basket. On the contrary, because each person on your team has a vested interest in continuing and building their own businesses, you create an income that is non-dependent upon you – an income that can continue, even grow, indefinitely, with or WITHOUT you.

Q: So I can just sit back and let upline affiliates make me rich?
A: SFI and your upline members can help you get your SFI business jump-started. However, to maximize what you can earn, you will have to get active, too. Remember, we call it TEAM Network; everyone makes the most money by getting everyone on the team—including you—active and working together.

Q: Can I contact the people under me in the Powerline?
A: You can contact any affiliates that you have personally referred to SFI. Note that SFI sends you a notification e-mail each time you personally refer someone to SFI, which includes all contact information provided by the affiliate.

For a complete list of your personally referred affiliates, refer to your Genealogy. If your Genealogy does not contain any names, it means you have not yet personally referred any affiliates.

Q: Can the total number of people under me in the Powerline DECREASE?
A: Yes. All new affiliates are added to the Powerline, and they are given 30 days to become Executive Affiliates. But if they do not do so within 30 days, they are removed from the Powerline. In other words, there are always affiliates being added to the Powerline under you, but also many being removed who did not upgrade in time. Some days there are more removed than added, which causes the total number to decrease. Longterm, however, the trend is up, up, up.
